Back Pain at Vertex Osteopathy

An estimated 2.5 million people experience back pain every day in the UK and up to 80% of people will experience it at some point in their lifetimes. So what can be done to help?

Osteopathy is an effective way of treating your back pain. We focus on you as an individual, treating your spine and muscles as well as looking at the wider picture. What is causing this pain? How can we make sure it never comes back?

In a typical Osteopathy appointment we will first assess and diagnose the cause of your back pain. We then treat the condition by using soft tissue work and manipulation. Finally we tailor a bespoke exercise program to help continue the treatment at home and prevent it from reoccuring.
